Return and Refund Policy

At SAAH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Returns:

  • You may return items within 3 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
  • Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Sale or clearance items.

Return Process:

  • Contact our customer service team at hi@saah.in to initiate a return.
  • Pack the item securely and include the original receipt.
  • Ship the item to: Near Shiv Kund, 001, Bada Bazaar, HSIIDC Sohna, Gurugram, Haryana, 122103.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and will be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hi@saah.in with photos and details of the issue.
